How do I personalize a product?
Open any product with a Customize button. Upload your photo or logo, add text, choose fonts and colors, and see a live preview before adding it to your cart.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?
Yes. Send us your quantity, budget and date through the Request a Quote form and we will reply within one business day with pricing and a free design proof.
Will I see a proof before my order is made?
Bulk and corporate orders always include a design proof for your approval. For online orders, the live preview shows how your design will look.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on most items. Shipping details for your order are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Returns page for more.
Do you deliver locally?
We serve Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown and Austin. Ask us about local delivery or pickup options for your order.
What file types can I upload for my logo?
PNG, JPG, SVG and PDF files work best. A high-resolution logo with a transparent background gives the cleanest result.
Can I return a personalized item?
Because personalized items are made just for you, they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part. Contact us as soon as your order arrives and we will make it right.
